Ladd Carlston · AI help for regular people
What do you want AI to do for you that it isn't doing yet?
Tap the one that sounds like you.
Sound familiar?
- You use AI all the time, but nothing you've made is something you can actually share, use, or sell.
- You have an idea for an app, and you can't tell if it's a weekend project or a year-long one.
- Words like hosting, domain, and login feel like another language.
- AI breaks something and you have no idea why.
- You worry about security and your customers' information.
- There's a half-built project sitting in a chat or folder, and everyone else seems to be shipping.
That's what the 90 minutes is for.
A few things I've built for my own life
Talk With Your Body
Upload your DNA, blood work, symptoms, and supplements. Then you just chat — ask 'should I take this supplement?' and it answers based on your actual data, not generic advice. It started as a DNA tool and kept growing into a full health conversation.
KC Wellness Provider Directory
A local directory of wellness providers in the Kansas City area, so you can find the right fit for what you need.
Private Air Bodywork
Bodywork on a private flight. You fly, you get treated, and you land feeling better.
Monitored Breathwork
Your MacBook's camera watches for breathing. Set it to every 10 or 15 minutes, and if you haven't taken a deep breath, it highlights around the edges of your browser — a nudge that gets your brain to actually do it. It helps you breathe deeper throughout the day, without you having to think about it.
Practice Management Software
Software built for a hands-on practice — charting, scheduling, and intake designed around how a real clinic runs, not how a software company thinks it should.
Paper Clutter Sorter
An iPhone app for paper mail and papers. For each piece you pick one: I need to do something, I need to keep the information, or this isn't mine to deal with. Not sure? Scan it and it tells you what to do.
Teen Text Helper
A simple web app that helps a parent find a better way to reply to, or text, a challenging child.
Easy Booking Software
Booking pages where clients pick a time with no account or password. Reminders go out automatically, and clients can reschedule or cancel on their own. It takes my own clinic's bookings today.
Couples Budget App
A budgeting app for two people where every dollar gets a job, connected to the bank. I built it for myself.
Book Quote Maker
Take a photo of a book page and AI pulls out the quotes and turns one into a shareable card. I built it for myself.
Is That Video True?
Paste a TikTok or Instagram link and it pulls the transcript and the comments. Then chat about what's in the video and ask AI to check whether its claims hold up, with sources. I built it for myself.
Things we could build together
Not just chatting with ChatGPT. Real tools, built for your life and running on their own. These are illustrations, not client results.
A family command center
A private web app on everyone's phone with the shared calendar, chore chart, allowance tracker, and meal plan. It texts the kids their jobs every morning on its own.
Your hobby, turned into a real app
A fishing log that pulls the weather and moon phase for every catch, a workout tracker that adjusts your next session, or a collection with values that update.
Grandma's recipe site
Her handwritten recipe cards, photographed and turned into a searchable family cookbook with her stories, shared with every cousin by link.
A text-message coach that runs itself
Daily check-ins by text for weight, sobriety, or practicing an instrument. It remembers your answers and changes what it says over time.
A custom tutor for your kid
A small web app loaded with their actual school material and their interests, so it quizzes them on this week's spelling list using their favorite video game.
A one-page site for your side thing
A booking page for your dog walking, a site for your band, or a signup page for your church group, live on a real web address the same day.
Your health, in one place
Drop in labs, meds, and symptoms over time. It shows trends and preps your questions before each doctor visit.
The “I wish there was an app for this” app
The one annoying thing you've always wished someone would build, built in a session and yours to keep.
One session. One price.
$150
90 minutes, one on one.
- We map AI to your actual workflow, not a generic demo.
- You leave with three tools set up and working.
- Plain English the whole way through.
